Employment Life of girls in South Asia

In our society, it is very difficult for a girl to fulfill her dreams, it is not impossible, but it is surely difficult. At every step of her life, she is confronted with the evil eyes and abusive words of men and sometimes even physical abuse. An educated and intelligent girl, who is in no way inferior to a man, who is a topper in college and university, is not getting a good job even for a meager salary of ten to twelve thousand because of men who work there. They are taught to endure the harassment of those who are forced to endure it in silence, but those who are not compelled to do so do not remain silent, so they are advised to sit at home.

Some employers might even send girls back home because they are not open minded and bold.  There is nothing greater than a woman’s dignity. A well-educated and talented girl who has entered youth from her childhood with thousands of dreams in her eyes; she has to stay at home for the honor of herself and her parents. This society never allows a woman to grow up or be successful. A bitter reality but it is the truth, men do harass women wherever they get a chance. Girls often face very nasty and bitter questions during interview.

If some girl raises her voice, she will be asked why she came out from house if she is so noble.

The question here is whether a good person does not want bread to live, don't good people feel hungry?

Hunger is felt by everyone so everybody has the right to work. When a woman goes out to work, she is offered tea and coffee, which she has to accept. She would then have to endure the man's dirty words and actions until the man's heart was full. He would go and humiliate the woman who did not accept the offer by calling her male boss in the office under the pretext of work. The question arises as to why a man who is inferior to a woman in education is superior to a woman in power. Doesn't a woman have the right to earn for herself with dignity?

The question arises when education is must for both men and women, then why not a decent job for both? Our law and society are outdated. We are still living in the same era where women are considered humiliated and despised. Society never lets Noble woman to live their lives and they are not allowed to fulfill their dreams. Women feels so helpless and forced that’s why society gave birth of women like Qandeel Blouch. Eighty percent of women do jobs by compromising, fearing repression and the loss of their dignity, but this fact cannot be denied.

A woman would have a very delicate temperament. She feels very bad for her to ask money from someone. But this society keeps her dependent based on needs, first on her parents and then on her husband.

A successful woman is unbearable in this society and in those men who consider woman to be a toy. Not all men have a bad attitude towards women but 70% of men have bad attitude towards their female co-workers.

Alas;

 There are women who are proud of giving birth to their sons and feel sad when they have a daughter but cannot train their sons in a way to treat daughters of others well. The woman is the one who gives birth to everyone and keeps the babies in her womb for nine months. For sake of Allah change your behavior towards women, otherwise those who have not been given a son by God will starve to death as their daughters will not be able to go out for jobs because they have fear of losing their dignity.

This society has become a fistula that will soon suffer the wrath of Allah.
