Social media has both positive and negative impact on human life. Social media is any website that allows social interaction, and it is growing rapidly throughout the world. The introduction of social media changed the world in many ways. Nowadays social media is essential part of our lives and society, online social media has caused intense transformation in the way people communicate and interact. There are many website who providing information on health. Social media is one of the most effective ways of advertising. It is stress free and profitable way and platform that can be increase your business and visibility and your efforts greatly increased. It affects each individual in different ways. Today it can be used as a very helpful too in changing a person’s life, but at the same time it can also put negative impact on human life. The uses of the media are numerous, it keep us in touch with the current world affairs. Without them even we cannot know the importance news our towns or villages. The great idea of information is supplied to us by social media. Media is playing most important in our life. The advertisement help the people to buy thing and unemployed can look up the “wanted” column for vacant jobs.

                                             Impacts on Physical and mental health

The use of social media has both negative and positive impacts on our youth, and this is worldwide issue not only in USA, many other countries are facing same problem. Social media have become prominent part of life for many young people today. Most of people engage with the social media without stopping to link what the effects are on our lives, whether positive or negative. There are many positive aspects, but there are equally as many dangers that come with the use of sites such as face book, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ , Tumblr, Instagram, Gaming sites, and blogs. In order to make the right choices, we must dig in and research this topic thoroughly. Effects of social media on young people are very dangerous and social media developing very fast. Social media has many bad effects like poor study habits, living away from reality and bad health, but the very serious problem bad health. Health is wealth, if anyone is not good in health he or she cannot perform well. Social media is damaging the metal health of teens. Teenagers can use social media to find community, but their health is often negatively affected by this culture of comparison. Social media directly impact on physical health, if anything takes up large amounts of your time has some bad affect on your health; it can be very harmful for human being. Mostly People in USA are and other countries who are addicted to social media many experience negative side effects such as eye strain, social withdrawal or lack of sleep that is made their health bad. Many who are addicted of social sites, it can have very harmful effects on their lives, and even their health. It saps your energy away from other activities, such as work, physical activity etc., but there are some good and positive impacts on human health also when people use consciously and moderation social media can have positive impact on their lives and health. Positive connections with people are very important for your physical and mental health.  Social media effects on health are same in USA and other countries.

 Now-a-days men and things must put up a show to be accepted as a good or valuable. If you have something to sell, display it is such a way that the world be buyers or dazzled by it. Hence the importance of Social Media in modern life it is very profitable for business. You can gain attention through the social media sites. This is the way to use of social sites to promote products.  It has many advantages in modern age. It can nourish the consuming power of the men. It creates wants for a better standard of living. It will bring good income. It is elementary for every student to have computer skills in this era. Internet is a convenient and huge source of information for learning and research. Computer and internet are the fast and reliable way of sharing information and resources with in business. It can make the most of your IT systems and equipment, through computer you can share, save date, files, information and your staff can deal with more customers or queries and delivered a better standard of services in less time.  The people get aware of the policies and schemes of the government through the media, also media is source of entertainment and knowledge. Economically USA citizen have the best rates for visits on ads on social media and they can also have the most effective response to earn money over the social media. It extends the bound of our knowledge and makes us feel that we are living in this world. Social media is one of the most effective ways of advertising. It is stress free and profitable way and platform that can be increase your business and visibility and your efforts greatly increased. The media do a lot of harm also; they are double edged weapons and cut both ways. By publishing false news, they can mislead the people. They can make the people nervous and excited by sensational news about strikes, public riots and war; they can set one community against another. By broadcasting and publishing the exaggerated accounts of communal riots, they can do irreparable harm. By printing or presenting obscene advertisement and naked portraits, and love stories, they can be a danger to the morals of the people. Social media have good or bad both effect on society, it can be very helpful for information, business to contact with people, but also it can be very harmful or danger for human health. Misuse of social media can destroy the human health. It is also necessity of modern life, for growth of literacy and development of the means of communication, and it is playing very important part in society. Social media have their uses abuse both have. You can gain attention through the social media sites. The use of social media has both negative and positive impacts on our youth.
